World Bank publishes report on ICT in Africa

Africa is still at the beginning of its growth curve in the use of ICT in key sectors of the economy and now is the time for rigorous evaluation, replication, and scaling up of best practice, according to the eTransform Africa report produced by the World Bank and the African Development Bank with the support of the African Union. The report identifies best practice in the use of ICT in agriculture, climate change adaptation, education, financial services, government services and health.
