World Bank's IFC division increases shareholding in Teamnet

International Finance Corporation (IFC), the investment arm of the World Bank, acquired a stake Teamnet, a Romanian IT products integrator, for which it will pay EUR 1.5 million, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar. IFC increased its stake to 10.35 percent from the 8.33 percent it obtained from the investments made in 2014. The IT integrator, known for the high number of contracts it won from the state, recorded a turnover of RON 338 million in 2014, that is up by 18.5 percent over 2013, according to data submitted by the company to the Ministry of Finance.
