Wow! brings gigabit speeds to more localities

Wow! Internet, Cable & Phone expanded its gigabit internet service to all residential and business customers in Charleston, South Carolina, Chicago and Naperville in Illinois, Cleveland and Columbus in Ohio, Detroit in Michigan, Panama City and Pinellas in Florida, Valley in Alabama, as well as West Point and Augusta in Georgia. The connection works with the appropriate equipment and 1 Gig-compatible devices. Once the entire 1 Gig roll-out is completed, Wow! said it will be one of the first internet providers to offer gigabit broadband services to nearly 95 percent of its entire service area.
