Wow shifts to permanent work-from-home model

US cable operator WideOpenWest (Wow) said it is shifting to a permanent work-from-home model, with in-market offices acting as "hotel space" for employees and meetings. The company said it has closed 17 facilities over the past 12 months amid the virus lockdowns, contributing to a 10 percent reduction in employee-occupied buildings.
