WSA dismisses Netia complaint over UKE transit ruling

On 13 May, the Polish Voivodeship Administrative Court (WSA) dismissed a complaint by the fixed-line operator Netia against a decision by the president of the regulator UKE on 18 September 2013. This concerned the timing of negotiations on changes to the interconnection agreement concluded by Netia and Telekomunikacja Polska (now Orange Poland) on 30 June 2007, regarding transit services on Netia's network.
