Xiaomi not seeking IPO within five years

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi will not seek a public listing in the next five years. "We will not go public within five years. Instead, we are putting more effort into making enough products," Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun said. The company will focus on increasing production to meet growing demand, the China Daily reports. Lei added that an initial public offering may distract the company from delivering good products at low prices.
