Xius to help Mexico's Toka launch MVNO on Movistar network

Indian supplier of telecom and mobile payments technology Xius has announced a deal to help Mexican electronic payments specialist Toka launch an MVNO on the Movistar network. Toka has 1 million e-payment customers in Mexico and is the company said it intends to use the MVNO to provide niche products and services to under-served markets. Telefonica currently has MVNO deals with Virgin Mobile, Maz Tiempo, Cierto, Simpati Mobile, Flash Mobile and Weex, among others.
