XO leverages Genband's Nuvia platform for contact centre

US IP and Ethernet network operator Genband announced that XO Communications is leveraging the 'Nuvia Contact Center' platform for its recently-announced XO cloud-based contact centre service. 'Nuvia Contact Center' enables XO to offer its customers the ability to centralise contact centre management and operations in the cloud.
