Yahoo issues second transparency report

Yahoo has issued its second transparency report, which contains government data requests received by Yahoo! Inc. from 1 July to 31 December 2013, including Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) requests, National Security Letters (NSLs), and criminal data requests (such as search warrants, court orders, and subpoenas issued in criminal investigations). The report also includes detailed information about the US national security requests received by Yahoo from 1 January to 30 June 2013, reflecting a new U.S. government policy that lets internet providers disclose more about these
