Yoigo, Ericsson sign new managed services deal

Ericsson and Spanish mobile operator Yoigo have signed an agreement to extend their managed services partnership in Spain and improve customer experience with Ericsson's Experience Centric Managed Services offering. The offering encompasses a service operations centre focused on measuring and improving service quality, as well as an experience management centre, designed to measure and improve customers' perception of their overall experience. Ericsson said Yoigo will be its first European customer to implement the Experience Centric Managed Services offering.
