Yota postpones LTE launch

Russian Wimax operator Scartel, working under the Yota brand, has extended its licences in 83 regions for a second time, due to a delay in the start of its LTE network services. An initial deadline was set for December 2010 and later postponed to May-June this year. The new deadline is November or December this year.
