Youth like messaging apps most but still use SMS, calls

Young consumers spend most time on messaging apps but still rate SMS and mobile calls as intrinsic to their communication habits, with internet calls gaining momentum particularly in Asia, Telenor revealed in a study conducted in November-December 2015 among mobile users aged 16-35 years in Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan, Norway, Sweden, Serbia, and Hungary.
