Zap compensates customers for unauthorised rates by offering higher specification services

Angolan pay-TV operator Zap is offering customers of its Mini and Max packages a higher package than the one requested, as compensation for charging them from 26 February to 31 May 2019 at rates that had not approved by the Angolan Communications Institute (Inacom), reports Jornal de Angola.
