Zap invests in content production

Angolan pay-TV operator Zap is betting on content production, having recently inaugurated a production company in Tatalona near Luanda which by the end of the year should have around 300 employees. Speaking to Jornal de Noticias, Zap's CEO Jose Carlos Lourenco said that content can easily be marketed in other countries, primarily where Portuguese is spoken.
