Zenvia acquires Sirena and expands to Latin America

Brazilian technology company Zenvia has acquired Sirena, a startup that provides communication services for sales teams via WhatsApp. The deal will allow sales team professionals to start using a complete app, which unites communication and sales management, instead of personal WhatsApp numbers for contacting customers. In addition, the operation will enable the promotion of the WhatsApp Business API, of which the company is Official Business Solution Provider. Finally, with the deal, Zenvia starts operating throughout Latin America, with offices in the US, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.
