Ziggo halts decline in NPS in Q4

Ziggo, the largest player in the Dutch triple-play market, brought an end in Q4 2015 to the drop in its Net Promoter Score (NPS), according to Telecompaper's latest 'Triple Play Insights' report. The NPS measures customer loyalty to a certain brand. Ziggo's NPS increased by seven points in Q4, after a period of decline started a year ago after its merger with UPC.
