Zimbabwe Supreme Court says Econet cannot distribute Kwese TV satellite content to viewers

The Supreme Court has ruled that Econet Media cannot distribute Kwese TV satellite content to Zimbabwean viewers because it failed to comply with the terms and conditions of its licence, Bulawayo24 reported. The Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe (BAZ) had appealed to the court contesting a High Court decision allowing Econet Media to distribute Kwese TV satellite content.
