Zimbabwe's Cyber Security and Data Protection Bill has been gazetted and now proceeds to Parliament for debate and possible amendment before being passed into law, reports The Herald. The Bill concerns the storage, processing and transmission of data. There is attention on action against access and storage of child pornography as well as on line threats, humiliation and incitement to violence.
