Zimbabwean government releases another USD 6 mln for TV digitisation

The Zimbabwean government has released USD 6 million to the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe (BAZ) to complete digitisation amid reports that most transmission sites countrywide are ready for migration from analogue to digital, The Herald reported. This follows the disbursement of another USD 6 million at the beginning of this year as part of the USD 22 million allocated to the project in the 2018 National Budget.
