Zimbabwean govt forms team for cyber monitoring

The Zimbabwean government has started plans for surveillance and monitoring of cyber space by advertising for personnel to lead the project, reports Zimtechreview. This comes as the High Court has reserved judgment in a case in which the government was sued by two civic society groups over its shutdown of the internet in January, when security forces clashed with protesters over fuel price hikes.
