Brazilian company Zoox has launched the Zoox Wi-Fi platform, enabling hotels to offer a Smart Wi-Fi connection in their establishments. The new platform creates a community in which users are required to register only once at any of the thousands of Zoox access points and will always be recognized again, without having to register. User data are available for the establishment in which the customer made the connection and the location can also use Wi-Fi to publicise their products and services, as well as issue satisfaction surveys, loyalty programmes and promotions.
