ZTE completes deployment of Mauritania's first national backbone network

ZTE has announced that it exclusively helped Mauritania complete the deployment of the country's first national backbone network, part of the West African Regional Communications Infrastructure Programme (WARCIP) financed by the World Bank. The Mauritanian project includes a national backbone and international network interconnection. The national backbone network and Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) construction covers 1,760 km optical lines.
