ZTE, Huawei unveil pay rises, incentive programme

Chinese telecommunications equipment vendors ZTE and Huawei have unveiled measures to attract and retain white collar employees. Huawei has increased salaries of junior executives by as much as 35 percent, Caixin Online writes. Probationary salaries for 2014 graduates will rise to more than CNY 9,000 per month from the earlier level of CNY 6,500 and master's degree graduates will get over CNY 10,000 per month, up from CNY 8,000 earlier.
