ZTE inks 5G cooperation deal with Colombian university

ZTE has signed a five-year 5G cooperation agreement with Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas of Colombia (UDFJC University) to set up a 5G joint innovation research in the country's capital, Bogota. The public, coeducational, research university was the first in the country to offer an electronic engineering degree course and will now train students with ZTE's help to pave the way for forthcoming 5G deployments.
