ZTE South Africa starts developing IoT products

ZTE South Africa says it is planning the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), reports Businesstech. Julian Ramnarain, a vice-managing director at ZTE South Africa, said IoT will only develop its potential if the company begins putting the right technology, platforms and processes in place now. Ramnarain said that ZTE and Intel recently signed an agreement to establish an innovation lab for IoT research and development including experimental verification, evaluation and development of related technologies.
