Welcome to the Telecompaper Mobile MVNO/SP List. This is a fairly comprehensive listing of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) and mobile SPs in the world today, as well as relevant news. Where possible, the defunct or purchased entities are listed as well. MVNEs are listed by country after MVNO/SPs. See below for general MVNEs, a news archive, some MVNO resources, etc.

French hypermarkets group Carrefour launched its MVNO service, Carrefour Mobile, using the Orange France network, on 8 November 2006. The retailer offers the service at its 218 superstores across the country. In Nov 15 stopped completely in France. Cust transferred to Sosh and Mobicarte. Was also active in Greece but has stopped there too. Still active in Belgium and Taiwan. In italy it is active under the name of Uno Mobile
In June 2019 Destiny bought Fuzer
MVNO spend 100 percent of its profit to charity. End-users can select their own charity project.

Galaxy provides mobile telephony, secure data connections, fixed internet & voice for SMEs and independents. Galaxy Mobile is part of the Galaxy Group in The Netherlands, which was bought by EDPnet in February 2019

The company has set up MVNOs in the following countries: UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy and recently US (March 2013) and Austria (November 2013), Tunisia (2015) and Romania (2015). Macedonia followed in 2016, and Lycamobile launched in Ukraine in July 2017. South Africa followed in 2019 and Uganda in 2020 It ceased its operations in Hong Kong in April 2018

On September 25, 2014, Hong Kong Telecom and Telecom Digital jointly launched a new mobile communication service brand, SUN Mobile, dedicated to providing customers with high-quality and affordable mobile communication services. SUN Mobile will provide better services than its predecessor, New World Transmission Network.

Vectone Mobile is a pre-pay service offering low call rates for local, national, and international calls, plus savings on SMS and roaming. Vectone Mobile is part of the Vectone Group of companies, owned by the Mundio Group In Sweden website automatically transfers to Lycamobile (Sep 18) In Czech Republic in November 2018 not possible to order Sim or recharge account, so assume stopped services. In Portugal stopped services in July 2018 Sep 19: Serbia website not working
Belgian cable operator Voo has made its long-awaited entrance on the mobile market in juli 2013.
