China-Hong Kong Telecom Limited was incorporated in September 2001 in Hong Kong. The company holds the MVNO and ETS lisences authorized by OFTA, and launches one card two numbers service. The service provides convenient and easy-to-afford cross-border mobile communication connection for mobile phone users, avoiding service differences when customers use different mobile network connections. "IMC Networks" belongs to the parent company Keybase Global Limited, which owns multiple businesses, including the largest Southeast Asian retail chain in Hong Kong: Alfa-Indo & APMart, with more than 60 stores all over Hong Kong. It was established in 2003, uses CSL, subsidiary of HKT (PCCW)
Joy has been granted with MVNO licenses in South Korea and Hong Kong, and set up subsidiaries in Singapore and Canada, to complete its global MVNO deployment. In Hong Kong offers prepaid data Sim only.

On September 25, 2014, Hong Kong Telecom and Telecom Digital jointly launched a new mobile communication service brand, SUN Mobile, dedicated to providing customers with high-quality and affordable mobile communication services. Kartu As 2in1 card is a prepaid SIM card which consists of two numbers, +852 Hong Kong and +62 Indonesian numbers. Since July 27th, 2011 Telin has obtained Services-Based Operator (SBO) License for Mobile Virtual Network Operation (MVNO) Services.
