The Lebara Group is a telecommunications company providing services in many European countries (currently Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, France, Germany and UK) including Australia using the mobile virtual network operator business model. Lebara Mobile provides Pay As You Go mobile SIM cards, targeted towards the needs of international communities and migrant workers. Lebara stopped its activities in Belgium in 2007 and Norway business was sold to Network Norway (now part of Tele2 Norway), Swiss operation was sold to Sunrise Communications (july 2013), while Poland was closed in March 2015. End of 2014 it launched services in Saudi Arabia.


Lycamobile

Lycamobile offers prepaid SIM cards with reduced international calling rates, focusing on users who normally use calling cards to phone abroad. The comapny has set up MVNOs in the following countries: UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy and recently US (March 2013) and Austria (November 2013).


M-budget Mobile

Launched (2005) as a pre-paid MVNO focusing on voice and SMS, now also offers postpaid.


Mobizone

Ortel Mobile

KPN acquired an undisclosed minority stake in Ortel Mobile, a Hague-based provider of prepaid telecommunications services, from Ortel Group in March 2008. Swiss operator Sunrise acquired (july 2013) MVNO Ortel Mobile Switzerland to strengthen its position in the market for low-cost, pre-paid international services. Sunrise will continue to operate Ortel Mobile as a separate company with its existing employees. Ortel Mobile services will be offered under the existing Ortel Mobile brand. Ortel Mobile Spain ceased operating on 15 December 2013 without adding any further details about the reasons behind its closure. In Germany, Ortel Mobile became responsible for marketing of all E-Plus's international call brands including blauworld, Simvoice and Mobilka in September 2013. Ortel France will cease operations in April 2015. Ortel Belgium sold to Lycamobile February 2017.


Primacall

DSL/fixed telephony service provider Primacall also offers mobile flatrates to its DSL/telephony customers in Germany and Switzerland.


Quickline Mobil

Quickline Mobil is offered by Swiss cable association Quickline as add on for existing cable and fibre network customers.


Simplymobil

TalkEasy

Swiss alternative ISP TalkEasy offers mobile as extra for its DSL/Fibre customers and also manages mobile services offered by ok-mobile in Switzerland


TalkTalk

TalkTalk ceased activities in UK in January 2018. Customers were encouraged to switch to O2. In Switzerland, the TalkTalk brand is used by Swiss mobile retailer Mobilezone for providing fixed telephony, broadband and mobile services.


Tele2

In Norway Tele2 was bought by TeliaSonera in 2015. Initially it was merged with Telia's brand in Norway, Netcom. However in 2016 Netcom was rebranded to Telia. No longer active as mobile provider in Ireland or France, Denmark sold to Telenor, Switzerland sold to Sunrise in 2008.
