Sanne de Bruyckere joined Telecompaper as a market researcher in March 2013. Prior to joining Telecompaper she worked as a researcher in the public sector. At Telecompaper Sanne is responsible for the Telecompaper Consumer Panel. She provides companies with information about, amongst others installed base, purchase reasons and intentions, NPS and satisfaction of consumers about telecom product and services. Besides creating reports on demand, she also writes background articles about consumer behaviour and collaborates on multiple half yearly reports, focussing on video, smartphones, postpaid mobile market, tablets and triple play. Next to the research related to the Consumer Panel, Sanne is also closely following the upcoming international OTT video market and writes background articles about companies, trends and developments in this industry. Sanne studied Leisure Studies, holding a bachelor's (NHTV, Breda) and master's degree (University of Tilburg). She is fluent in Dutch and English.
