This chart shows the satisfaction of Dutch consumers on different aspects of their most used tablet on a scale from one to five. The question asked was: "You have indicated that you own one or more tablet(s). Can you indicate to what extent you are satisfied about the following aspects of your most used tablet?" The answer options (Totally satisfied; Satisfied; Not satisfied, not unsatified; Unsatisfied; Totally unsatisfied) have been converted to numbers (5,4,3,2,1) from which the average is calculated. Don't knows and those not owning a tablet have been excluded. The following tablet aspects were included: Size; Weight; Mobile operating system; In general; Sound quality; Touchscreen; Stand-by time; Quality screen; 3G access; Appeareance. The results are shown for the total market and for the two main tablet brands. The tablet brands shown have at least a sample size of n=60. Source: Telecompaper Consumer Panel. Results are CBS stratified for gender and age (15-65). The survey data is from January 2012 (n=753).
