Norwegian data centre company Green Horizon said it has planning approval for its first facility, called Norway 1. It had already secured zoning approval for the site near Stavanger and will now progress towards final design and construction. Green Horizon is working with international consultants and a contractor, aiming to start building the 36 MW centre later this year and be ready for service in the second half of 2027.
