Sardinia-based Tessellis (formerly Gruppo Tiscali) said it has finalised the sale of its B2B business unit to Milan-based data centre services provider DHH International. The EUR 4.2 million deal encompasses the B2B business arm of Go Internet, the latter's stake in X-Stream and Tiscali Italia's majority 74 percent stake in Aetherna.
