Headlines

How do I (un)subscribe the daily Headlines?
You can subscribe or unsubscribe with the form on our website.

How do I change the email address the Headlines are sent to?
If your e-mail address has changed, please unsubscribe your old address and re-subscribe with your new e-mail address.

I unsubscribed, but still receive the Headlines. How come?
Please make sure you unsubscribed the exact same address as you subscribed with.

I didn't unsubscribe, but no longer receive the headlines?
Please re-subscribe. If you are still not receive the headlines, make sure that the mail is not blocked by your spamfilter and/or add 'headlines@telecompaper.nl' to the whitelist of your spamfilter.

How do I put the Headlines on hold temporarily?
Please unsubscribe and re-subscribe again later.


News access

I can not login with my Username and Password
You have to enable "cookies per session" in your browser so our web server can recognise you, or you have entered wrong data. Most common is a mix-up of characters, like: "o", "O" and "0" (naught). You could try to copy-paste your login-data.

Can I change my password?
To change your password, please login first, than you will be presented with the option to  to change your password.

I forgot my password
To have your password send to you, fill out this form on our website.


Press releases and public relations

How do I submit press releases to Telecompaper?
You can send your press releases to info@telecompaper.com. Please read our suggestions first.

I would like to access an article.
Articles are available the same day they are published with the 24 hour access subscription for €5. Older articles are available via the news archive.


Orders

How long will it take before I receive my order?
If you pay online, you will receive your order after your payment has been successfully verified (eg. an e-mail with your username and password to access the website, and or requested publications) within a few minutes. If you have requested an invoice, the order will be sent to you within 48 hours (at workdays).

I ordered something what is the status of my order?
You can review your order and the status after you login on the My Account section.

What are Telecompaper’s terms and conditions?

How does the online payment work?
Our orders are handled by Bibit Global Payment Services. Bibit is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. For your online payment you are transferred to an https (secure) connection of Bibit. Since your payment is made to Bibit, that name may appear on your bank or credit card statement. Telecompaper has no access to the data you submit on the Bibit Payment server. Bibit will notify Telecompaper that the payment has been successful.
