Leonardo DRS acquires US software firm Raft for USD 450 mln

Italian technology group Leonardo, co-owner of Thales Alenia Space, said its US subsidiary Leonardo DRS has agreed to acquire software and AI company Raft in an all-cash deal valued at USD 450 million. The acquisition will help Leonardo DRS add new capabilities in open-architecture software and AI to support integrated mission systems.

STC Group revenue rises 4% in H1

STC Group said its revenue increased 3.8 percent year-on-year to SAR 40.11 billion in the first six months of 2026. EBITDA increased by 5.5 percent to SAR 12.97 billion and net profit rose by 6.3 percent after excluding non-recurring items in both periods. STC Group will distribute a SAR 0.55 dividend per share for the second quarter of 2026, in accordance with the dividends distribution policy approved by General Assembly, amounting to a payout of SAR 2.7 billion to shareholders.

Qatari managed IT services provider Meeza has reported a 15.2 percent year-on-year increase in total revenue for the first half of 2026 to QAR 217.3 million from QAR 188.6 million.
