3 Austria has opened the 3Stores and started offering mobile video services on their UMTS network in the Vienna area, Linz, St. Poelten, Eisenstadt and Graz. Other regions will follow during the course of the year. The mobile video services are developed with 3's partner Cosmos Factory and include news, sport, finance, games and more. 3 Austria introduces a 3Mobile that integrates voice and video phone and dictafoon functions with a photo and a video camera, audio and video player and a broadband modem. The 3Mobile NEC e606, if bought in pairs, costs EUR 899. 3 introduces two tariffplans: 3Video + 3Basic for EUR 39 per month, includes 66 minutes of video telephony, 99 mobile e-mails, 33 video- and MMS messages, 33 downloads, 99 infoservice requests and 133 minutes of national calls, 33 minutes of calls to the EU, USA or Canada and 33 SMS messages. 3Video + 3Power costs EUR 60 and includes extra 200 minutes of national calls, 33 minutes of calls to the EU, USA and Canada and 33 SMS messages. The device and services can be purchased at four 3Stores in Vienna, Voesendorf, Graz and Linz Pasching and the online 3Webstore.
