Acme Packet introduces Palladion Enterprise

Session delivery networks provider, Acme Packet has announced Palladion Enterprise for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting and analysis of enterprise voice over IP (VoIP) and unified communications (UC) networks. Palladion Enterprise provides dashboards and metrics with deep visibility into the network, enabling enterprises to reduce operations costs, increase user satisfaction and detect voice fraud. Palladion Enterprise consists of two new enterprise services: Communications Operations Monitor to oversee the network and provide deep troubleshooting capabilities in real-time and Fraud
