Also-Actebis on 'firm footing' as FY sales hit EUR 6.2 bln

European ICT services distributor Also-Actebis Group reported a full year net EBITDA at EUR 97.9 million, down from 99.7 million the year before but at the high end of company expectations. Net sales went slightly lower to EUR 6.2 billion, with the net profit at EUR 40.9 million. The year earlier, Actebis alone recorded a net profit at EUR 22.2 million. Neither did the company provide any comparative pro-forma figures for 2010 segment breakdowns. In the Central European market segment (Germany, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Austria), the distributor generated sales of EUR 4.73 billion and EBITDA of EUR 74 million. In the Northern/Eastern European market segment (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), the group saw sales at EUR 1.61 billion and EBITDA at EUR 17.1 million. Also-Actebis will propose a dividend of CHF 0.70 per share at its general meeting scheduled for 8 March. The distributor said that now that the integration of Also is almost complete, it is on firm footing, despite continuing European weakness and reduced corporate IT budgets. The group expects a higher net profit in 2012 than in 2011 despite lower sales. For the medium term, the group is targeting EBITDA at EUR 120-130 million and a net profit at EUR 50-55 million.
