Analysts expect Telefonica to float O2 UK

Debt-laden Spanish telecoms group Telefonica is expected by analysts to float O2 UK in first half 2013, reports The Telegraph. Telefonica has already completed an IPO of Telefonica Germany and sold off other assets. It is understood to be reluctant to completely sell of its UK business, so is expected to favour an IPO of part of the business.
