AT&T, BT connect telepresence exchanges

Friday 19 August 2011 | 10:47 CET | News
AT&T and BT have announced commercial availability of an inter-provider exchange-to-exchange telepresence meeting capability. The new connection between AT&T and BT telepresence exchanges will allow their business customers to schedule telepresence meetings and connect their telepresence endpoints. This new inter-provider telepresence capability will allow BT and AT&T business customers to hold meetings from their Cisco TelePresence endpoints. Customers tested this capability in summer 2010 and successfully conducted numerous meetings between AT&T and BT telepresence locations.
