Brocade has put itself on sale and is now in advanced acquisition talks, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. The report said Broadcom was among the interested suitors and that the deal could be announced by the end of this week. Still, no deal has yet been finalized, which means talks could still fall apart. Both Brocade and Broadcom declined to comment on the reports.
