BSkyB automates customer service with SpeechStorm

British Sky Broadcasting has deployed advanced customer care applications from SpeechStorm, specialist in software for automating customer service over the phone, to deliver highly personalised self-service to its 10.5 million Sky customers. Sky provides satellite TV, broadband and phone services and deals with over 52 million customer calls a year. Using SpeechStorm applications, Sky can now provide a fully tailored experience for customers wishing to pay their bill or sign up for new services over the phone.
