The Rabo Bouwfonds Communication Infrastructure Fund CIF has begun rolling out an FTTH network in Midden-Delfland, the municipality situated near Rijswijk and Delft. Construction will run until mid year and all households will be connected. CIF is the owner of the coax network in Midden-Delfland and will also own the new fibre network. Caiway will, as the current service provider, provide television, internet and telephony services over the new network.
