Comparex acquires Datalog

German IT service provider Comparex has acquired software company Datalog with immediate effect. The takeover reinforces Comparex' position in the German SME market, and its revenues will now exceed EUR 1 billion. After the integration, Comparex will count 6,000 employees in Germany. No closures of any facilities are expected.
