Consumers International begins broadband campaign

International consumer advocacy group Consumers International (CI) has begun a two-year campaign titled "Holding Broadband Service Providers to Account". The campaign aims to empower consumer organisations around the world to demand more equitable and accessible broadband service offerings. Various consumer groups around the world are now asking internet users to fill out a survey about their internet provider. A campaign will be developed after the worldwide survey results are in.
