Cosmote raises HSPA speed to 28.8Mbps
Greek operator Cosmote has launched mobile broadband services at up to 28.8Mbps download and 5.8Mbps upload. The faster HSPA+ service is available with the ZTE MF662 USB modem, offered free with certain mobile broaband service plans.
