Three digital multiplexes offer eleven TV channels and nine radio stations. In the period 2008 to November 2011 Radiokomunikace installed a total 69 digital TV transmitters and 100 repeaters. Total investments since the start of construction of digital networks in 2007 amount to CZK 1 billion. The completion of the project means also the start of another stage – implementation and development of the follow-up system DVB-T2, which allows broadcasting in HD. The company will be ready to bring the Summer Olympic Games 2012 in higher picture quality, it said.
