Dailymotion appoints Tournay as CEO - report

French video-sharing portal Dailymotion has appointed health and medical website Doctissimo's former CEO, Cedric Tournay, as its new CEO, writes MediaPost. A company spokesperson told the publication that Ian Brotherson, who is being replaced after less than three months at the helm of Dailymotion, was considered an interim CEO when named in April to succeed Mark Zaleski. The spokesperson added that Brotherson was staying with Dailymotion as executive vice president of international strategy. Tournay recently managed the sale and integration of Doctissimo into Lagardere group.
