Dimension Data buys Xigo

Dimension Data has acquired US-based telecommunications expense management systems provider Xigo. The acquisition in line with Dimension Data's strategy of becoming a fully-fledged managed communications service provider. Dimension Data will immediately focus on increasing Xigo's US market share and over time, the services will be rolled out to other countries in the group. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
