
Dominican Republic auctions 900 MHz, 1700-2100 MHz spectrum

Dominican Republic regulator Indotel has launched a spectrum tender for provision of public telecommunications services. Via this international tender, Indotel will grant concessions and licences for the use of radio frequencies bands across the country. The Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel) is auctioning spectrum in the 941-960 MHz and 1755MHz/2110-2155 MHz frequency bands. The tender winner will be announced on 21 April.
