Eight candidates shortlisted for Italian DTT auction

A commission named by the Italian government has processed processing of applications for participation in the auction for digital terrestrial television (DTT) frequencies. The shortlisted companies are as follows: Canale Italia (lots A2 and A3); Telecom Italia Media Broadcasting (lots B1, B2 and C1); Elettronica Industriale (lots B1 and B2); Sky Italia Network (lot A2); Prima TV (lots A2 and A3); Europa Way (lot A1); Elettronica Industriale (lot A2); and Rai Radiotelevisione Italiana (lots B1 and B2).
